An introduction to us and our objectives: Changing to a 100% regenerative energy supply is an epochal challenge. The 100 prozent erneuerbar stiftung aims to make a substantial contribution towards a solution to this challenge. We have the technical expertise and pioneering approach to lead the way into an age of regenerative energy. We know the path that has to be beaten, and in collaboration with our partners we are taking action to make sure that this path is prepared quickly, effectively and efficiently.
Our activities fall into four main areas:
Intelligence: We enter into dialog with politicians, decision-makers and other people in society who can multiply our messages.
Education: We promote awareness of the energy revolution and explain the background to this new era in power generation.
Local networks: We are involved in local and regional projects geared towards achieving the energy revolution.
Science: We provide the technical expertise needed to make the energy revolution happen.
How we will achieve 100% renewable energy
Our road map for 100% renewable energy is very clearly defined. It is faster and cheaper to achieve than the plans of the German government. At the same time, it is environmentally friendly, efficient, and involves public participation.

How we will achieve 100% renewable energy
Our road map for 100% renewable energy is very clearly defined. It is faster and cheaper to achieve than the plans of the German government. At the same time, it is environmentally friendly, efficient, and involves public participation.
We can achieve the goal of our plan with an even distribution of decentralized renewable power plants across Germany. In this sense, “decentralized” means power that is generated close to the area where it is used, or in the vicinity of towns and cities. This reduces the costs entailed in expanding the grid and makes people more accepting because they can directly profit from the creation of value where they live. Decentralized power production also enables us to work in close harmony with the environment – energy parks are built in sensible locations and blend in with natural surroundings.

be a thing of the past. Consumers will become free “prosumers” with a choice of energy supply, which they will also produce themselves. We support public involvement in the energy revolution from the grass-roots level up.
For the environment Renewable energy is clean and green. Environmental sustainability is not a goal, but a fundamental principle that underlies everything else. We stand for an integrated approach to environmental protection, species conservation and the expansion of renewable power plants.
With the region Local businesses stand to do well. Decentralized renewable power plants create employment and promote local development. We support the creation of value at the regional level across the board.
